Wonder Roots Creator Fulfillment Agreement

1. PURPOSE
This Agreement governs participation in the Wonder Roots Printing Creator Fulfillment Program. Creators may upload approved files and offer printed versions of their products through fulfillment services provided by Wonder Roots Printing.
2. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
The Creator represents and warrants that they own or have the legal right to distribute all files uploaded to the Wonder Roots Printing platform. The Creator retains all copyright ownership of their content. Wonder Roots Printing receives no ownership interest in uploaded content and may use uploaded files only for fulfillment purposes.
3. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Creators may not upload content that infringes copyrights or trademarks, violates applicable laws, contains illegal content, contains pornography or sexually explicit material, promotes violence, terrorism, hate groups, or otherwise violates Wonder Roots Printing policies. Wonder Roots Printing reserves the right to reject any content at its sole discretion.
4. APPROVAL PROCESS
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Creator Fulfillment Program. Wonder Roots Printing may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at any time and for any reason.
5. BOOK APPROVALS
Uploaded books may be reviewed before approval. Wonder Roots Printing may request corrections, additional information, replacement files, or modifications before approving a title for fulfillment.
6. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Creator is solely responsible for product descriptions, customer pricing, website integration, marketing, customer communication, copyright compliance, and maintaining accurate product information. Creators are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded files are final print-ready versions.
7. WONDER ROOTS PRINTING RESPONSIBILITIES
Wonder Roots Printing is responsible for printing approved books, packaging approved orders, shipping approved orders, maintaining the fulfillment platform, and providing fulfillment pricing information to approved creators.
8. PREPAID BALANCE SYSTEM
Creators must maintain a prepaid account balance to utilize fulfillment services. Funds may be added through the Creator Portal. Fulfillment costs, including printing and shipping charges, will be deducted from the Creator's available balance when orders are processed. Orders may be delayed, paused, or rejected if sufficient funds are not available. Wonder Roots Printing reserves the right to modify funding methods, minimum balances, or payment procedures with notice.
9. PRICING AND FULFILLMENT COSTS
Wonder Roots Printing may update fulfillment pricing, shipping rates, packaging fees, and production costs from time to time. Updated pricing will be made available through the Creator Portal or other approved communication channels. Creators are responsible for maintaining their own customer-facing pricing.
10. REFUNDS, REPRINTS, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wonder Roots Printing will address verified printing defects caused by production errors. Creators remain responsible for customer service, customer communications, refund policies, and issues unrelated to printing defects. Wonder Roots Printing reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies for reprint or replacement.
11. WEBSITE AND PLATFORM INTEGRATION
Creators are responsible for configuring and maintaining their own websites, storefronts, checkout systems, product listings, and integrations. Wonder Roots Printing may provide SKUs, fulfillment pricing, API access, and technical documentation but is not responsible for the operation of third-party websites or platforms.
12. API ACCESS AND SYSTEM SECURITY
API keys, portal credentials, and other access credentials are confidential. Creators are responsible for protecting their credentials and any activity occurring through their accounts. Wonder Roots Printing may revoke or regenerate credentials if misuse, abuse, or security concerns are identified.
13. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, Wonder Roots Printing may remove access to fulfillment tools, API services, Creator Portal features, uploaded content, and related services. Outstanding balances and obligations remain subject to resolution.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wonder Roots Printing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Creator Fulfillment Program. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Creator to Wonder Roots Printing during the preceding twelve months.
15. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
Wonder Roots Printing may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued participation in the Creator Fulfillment Program after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
16. ACCEPTANCE
By submitting a Creator Application, uploading content, funding a Creator account, accessing the Creator Portal, or using fulfillment services, the Creator acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
